If you book Greco Villa or Greco Apartment through Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform's own booking conditions, payment terms and cancellation policy apply. Please check the specific listing for the cancellation window and refund terms before booking.

Direct enquiries made through this website

Submitting the "Send an enquiry" form is a request for information — it is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed dates, price and payment with you directly by email or phone.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(l)), as implemented in Greek law, accommodation bookings for a specific date or period are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most online purchases. Once a direct booking is confirmed, our cancellation terms above apply instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the courts of Chania, Greece.
